Every new owner is reviewed before the facility goes live. Your account shows as pending until then.

Attendants check drivers in with the Operations app.

Parkina collects payment from drivers and settles to you. Each settlement is listed on the Owner Portal.

You pay Parkina, not the individual lot. If something goes wrong with a booking, you have one place to contact.

You confirm every payment in TeleBirr. A booking is marked Paid only after TeleBirr confirms it.

Amounts are in ETB with VAT shown. Open the receipt from the booking in the app.
